Great learning isn’t measured by whether someone completed a course, a module, or a workshop.
It’s measured by whether they’re ready to perform.
I take a practical, performance focused approach to learning and development by identifying what people need to know, do and demonstrate, then design the right experiences, practice and support to get them there.
